For Lent, Chef Ivan Khonin has prepared a menu that will help you to travel the path of seven weeks without harming your health and mood.
The menu includes:
● Salad with arugula, couscous and concasse tomatoes
● Chuka salad with grapefruit and hazel dressing
● Cream soup with avocado with soy milk
● Creamy porcini mushroom soup with soy milk
● Tortilla with vegetable ragout and baked pepper sauce
● Zharekha with mushrooms and cheese Tofu
● Black ravioli with chickpeas, vegetables and broccoli sauce
● Tortilla with vegetable stew and baked pepper sauce
● Gedze with mango, cherry and ginger
